HE PUBLIC WILL TAKE NOTICE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
The Banner Elk Town Council will hold a Public Hearing for an Annexation request on Monday, October 12, at 6:00 PM at Banner Elk Town Hall.
The request is for parcels 1858-0072-5187, 1858-1972-1213, and 1858-2072-8215 located on Tynecastle Highway to be annexed into the Town of Banner Elk. For more information, please contact the Banner Elk Town Hall at (828) 898-5398.
A copy of this request is on file at the Banner Elk Town Hall for public inspection from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM weekdays by appointment.
